Bikram Yoga Limerick

As I teach class, I try to impart some knowledge about how the practice itself can be made more efficient, benefits of the postures and mental changes that need to be made. Sometimes I am not very eloquent with my words nor does time allow. On this blog I have started to organise my thoughts/ramblings and share them for you to read and digest when you are not sweating profusely! Enjoy!
